I am a tenant of a cozy apartment located in the very popular and quiet sector of Etoy Lac for a rent of 1700 CHF (including charges), I wish to release this apartment to move into a smaller one, following changes in my personal situation.
The living environment is idyllic, green and just a stone's throw from the lake. The apartment is crossing with a large terrace. Perfect for a family with child or a couple seeking tranquility 10 minutes from Morges.
Moreover, having my offices in the city of Morges, I am looking in return for an independent studio or a large room (co-location or with a host) in Morges.
2 options are possible:
1. Direct exchange: You live or leave a studio/room in Morges and you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Etoy Lac? We present our cross-files to our respective agencies.
2. Simple takeover: You have a solvent and complete file for Etoy, AND you have a serious lead for a smaller accommodation that you can offer me in Morges.
