Between January and July 2027 (6 months), we are renting out our beautiful old building apartment in the Bern Murifeld quarter as a sublet. The apartment has three large, bright rooms with a lot of charm, as well as a very spacious kitchen that invites you to cook and linger. Typical old building details such as high ceilings and beautiful floors create a particularly pleasant living atmosphere.
A real highlight is the large private garden, which can be used in a variety of ways, whether for relaxation, gardening, or for cozy dinners outdoors. In the living room, a Swedish stove also provides a lot of warmth and coziness, especially in the colder months.
The location is quiet and yet very well connected. Shopping opportunities, public transport connections, and various recreational areas are located in the immediate vicinity and invite you to take walks, exercise, or simply unwind.
The apartment is rented furnished. We are open to individual agreements so that a suitable and pleasant solution is created for all parties.
We emphasize giving the apartment into good hands and would be happy to show you the apartment in person and discuss all the details on site. (Rent includes Wi-Fi, move-in date negotiable)
