From November 1st, I am looking for a subtenant for our beautiful 4.5-room shared apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment offers an ideal location with good public transportation connections and a great view of the region. In 2023, the apartment was freshly renovated. So far, we have lived in the apartment with two people. Now I am looking for a subtenant.

About me: 22 years old, software engineer, currently in further training
Minimum contract period 1 year

- Modern kitchen with a large oven, glass ceramic hob, a modern extractor, and a hygienic area for cooking

- Basement and attic storage in the basement, there is a lockable storage room available with a natural floor and a wine rack. More space can be found in the attic storage room for storage.
- Clean bathroom with shower, bathtub, and practical shelf

The apartment is located in an excellently developed and quiet residential area. The Niederwangen train station (S1, S2, various buses) can be reached in just 7 minutes on foot. In just 15 minutes, you can reach Bern's main train station. The Coop for daily shopping is just a 12-minute walk away. The forest is just a few minutes' walk away. The Bauhaus right next door is just a 12-minute walk away and ideal for hobby materials and gardening supplies.
