The room is for exclusive use and has a private balcony with direct access from the room.

* a two-door wardrobe for personal use;
* an IKEA desk;
* a table;
* 2 chairs;
* a lamp;
* curtains;
* a current bed solution consisting of a folding bed with a mattress.

The current bed solution was previously used as a guest bed. For reasons of hygiene and for greater personal comfort, the sublessee may replace the mattress or install their own bed solution.

Included are:

* shared use of the kitchen;
* shared use of the bathroom;
* access to common areas;
* Internet/Wi-Fi connection.

Personal spaces are also available for the sublessee's belongings (fridge, pantry, and bathroom).

Monthly rent: CHF 700, including condominium fees without settlement
