The 230m2 apartment is located in the city center of Neuchâtel, in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the roofs and the lake (living room side). We are 5 people living in this historic place, under the roof, in very good agreement with the neighborhood. It has 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a closet, an attic, and an interior garden.
The room that is becoming available is about 20m2 and has a built-in closet.
We are looking for a calm and respectful roommate, between 20 and 40 years old, non-smoker, who invests in the life of the roommate with the other roommates (3F, 1M, between 26 and 29 years old) of the place, for whom ecological values are of certain interest and who wants to stay for at least one year.
