Available immediately or at a time to be agreed upon, I am looking for a solvent sublessee for a 2.5-room apartment on the third and top floor of the building, which has its own private external parking space.
The apartment has been partially renovated recently and is structured as follows:
An entrance hall/corridor with built-in wardrobes,
telephone and internet connection (pre-equipped for fiber optics).
On the two outer sides of the entrance hall/corridor are the sleeping area and the living room.
Centrally located is the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Each room in the apartment has its own door with a key lock, its own lighting, power outlets, and wall-mounted radiators. A large external balcony with a retractable sun awning and accessible from both sides through the sliding doors. On the ground floor, there is a small, lockable private box and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
