Our residential building is located in a central area of Niederdorf, between the main station and the university/ETH. The rooms have a washing facility, bed, desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe, and lighting is available. Telephone connection socket (connection via Swisscom at your own expense) Sunrise connection available. Shared use of the kitchen/fridge. Washing machine and dryer available. Shower/Toilet are located on the floor. Ancillary costs, such as heating, water, electricity, and lift service, are included in the rent. Toilet and shower are cleaned 1 x per week by a cleaning company. The minimum rental period is 6 months, the notice period is 2 months. If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, a brokerage fee of Fr. 200.-- will be charged. The rent deposit is Fr. 2000.--.
