Our residential building is located in a central area in Niederdorf, between the main station and the university/ETH. The rooms have a washing facility, bed, desk, chair, closet, and lighting are available. Telephone connection socket (connection via Swisscom at your own expense). Sunrise connection. Shared use of kitchen/refrigerator. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Shower/TOILET are located on the floor. Ancillary costs, such as heating, water, electricity, elevator, are included in the rent. Toilet and shower are cleaned 1 x per week by a cleaning company. The minimum rental period is 6 months, the notice period is 2 months. If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, a brokerage fee of CHF 200.-- will be charged. The rent deposit is CHF 2000.--
