Directly opposite Lochergut is our building. In Lochergut there is a tram station and a shopping center. The entire quarter with its traffic-calmed streets offers a variety of restaurants and shops.

Also on the ground floor of our building, the popular Thai restaurant Five Spices welcomes its guests.

On the 4th floor of the building is this room together with four others. These share a common kitchen and common bathroom with shower and toilet.

A shared laundry room with washing machine (chargeable) and dryer is available for co-use.

Our janitor cleans these common areas once a week.

We rent a simple, well-maintained furnished room. It is equipped as follows:

- Sink with running water - Bed with nightstand - Desk - Wardrobe - Chair - Lighting

Communication connections such as UPC cables, telephone socket

rental conditions

Electricity costs and ancillary costs are included in the lump sum.

The minimum rental period is 6 months, the notice period is 2 months (excluding December). If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, a brokerage fee of CHF 200.-- can be claimed.

The rent deposit is CHF 2000.00
