The rent is CHF 1200 per month. This includes the use of the house, garden, terrace, parking, washing machine, as well as an additional CHF 200 for ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, water, internet, and Serafe.

The room

The room is located on the 1st floor, is bright, quiet, and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. It is approximately 15 m² in size and is well-suited for living, working, and relaxing. The room is generally rented unfurnished; however, individual pieces of furniture can be taken over if desired.

The house

You don't just live in a room, but in a spacious house with plenty of space. All common areas can be shared: kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, cellar, attic, garden, terrace, and the covered seating area by the garden.

The outdoor area is particularly beautiful: there is a large terrace, a garden, a small balcony, and additional usable space around the house. If you like to be outside, grill, garden, implement small projects, or simply look for a place to relax, you'll get your money's worth here.

The house also offers a lot of space indoors. In the cellar and attic, there are additional areas that provide storage space or can be used creatively, decoratively, or manually after consultation.

The location

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Mellingen AG. Mellingen Heitersberg train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and shopping facilities are nearby. The Reuss and forest areas are also within a few minutes' reach, ideal for walks, sports, nature, and short breaks from everyday life.

Mellingen is particularly interesting if you want to live quietly but still be well-connected. Zurich HB can be reached directly from Mellingen Heitersberg in around 25-26 minutes; Baden, Brugg, and other places in the Aargau region are also well-connected. This makes the shared accommodation suitable for commuters, working professionals, students, or weekly residents.

About us

We are Chregi and Dany, both 35 years old and working professionals. We value an uncomplicated, respectful, and open cohabitation. We enjoy a communal atmosphere with occasional joint dinners, barbecues, garden projects, or spontaneous conversations - at the same time, it's equally important to us that each person has their privacy and can also withdraw.

We are looking for an uncomplicated, open, and reliable person who doesn't want to live completely anonymously but has a desire for a pleasant cohabitation in a house shared accommodation. You don't have to be a garden professional - but if you enjoy gardening, houses, small projects, or communal living, you'll probably fit in very well here.

We don't have pets and generally don't want any new pets in the house.

The contract is unlimited. Weekly residents are also welcome.
