Would you like to live in the countryside, quiet, sunny and with a view of fields and forests? And yet close to the city (25 minutes to Winterthur HB, 35 minutes to Zurich HB by bus and train)? Then come to us!
Our 8-room shared house is located in Winterberg, is 125 years old and has both rustic and modern amenities. The ground floor with laundry room, toilet, kitchen, winter garden with south-facing view, and a large room for co-creation is shared by all. A barn with storage space and a small house with garden tools and bike parking spaces also belong to the property. In the spacious garden with numerous vegetable beds, a flower hang and meadow areas, everyone can plant and relax and enjoy the sun.
Soon, two rooms on the 2nd floor with sloping roof (each 12m2) will be available. The rooms can be rented either individually for 530 francs or together for 935 francs. One of the rooms has a built-in wardrobe and a built-in bookshelf. The floor is made of ahorn parquet and cork. If desired, a bed and a table can be provided additionally.
The rent includes advance payments for ancillary costs, i.e. WLAN internet, electricity, etc.
The rental start is flexible and also possible earlier (from July 27) or later.
We are looking for: open, sociable nature lovers, non-smokers, between 25 and 55 years old, who like it clean and cozy and are willing to help with the work in and around the house. We are looking forward to a social, relaxed shared house life with casual exchange and occasional joint dinner.
We are: Monika (46), Kuno (62) and Manuela (62) with the dog Paula, and soon you? Monika works as a biostatistician, Manuela as a head of childcare in the kindergarten, Kuno tolerates newspapers among other things. We like to cook and eat (also with guests), and in our free time we like to be outdoors gardening and hiking. Monika plays the flute from time to time, Manuela likes to do handicrafts and Kuno is interested in healthy nutrition. Do you feel addressed? Then write a few lines about yourself.
