Hello everyone
Since my workplace has changed and I am no longer active in the area, I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment in Bubikon.
The apartment can be occupied from 1 September 2026. An earlier move-in can also be arranged by agreement.
If the apartment is taken over on 1 September 2026, I will cover the costs for an underground parking space in the first month. Afterwards, a parking space can be rented directly from the administration if needed.
Location
The apartment is located in a very good and traffic-friendly location. Bubikon train station is about a four-minute walk away and offers regular connections to Zurich and Rapperswil.
The motorway access is also nearby. From there, you can quickly reach the Oberland motorway, the Forchstrasse, and the A3 towards Zurich or Chur.
Shopping facilities like Coop, Landi, and Volg, as well as various specialty stores and shops with regional products, are also nearby.

The apartment features:
An underground parking space can be rented for CHF 140 per month.
An underground parking space with an electric charging station is available for CHF 170 per month.
