Hello everyone
Since my workplace has changed and I am no longer active in the area, I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment in Bubikon.
Occupancy is possible from 1 September 2026. An earlier move-in can also be arranged by agreement.
If the apartment is taken over on 1 September 2026, I will take over the costs for an underground parking space in the first month. Afterwards, a parking space can be rented directly from the administration if needed.
LageThe apartment is located in a very good and traffic-friendly location. Bubikon train station is about a four-minute walk away and offers regular connections to Zurich and Rapperswil.
The motorway access is also nearby. From there, you can quickly reach the Oberland motorway, the Forchstrasse, and the A3 towards Zurich or Chur.
Shopping facilities such as Coop, Landi, and Volg, as well as various specialty stores and shops with regional products, are also nearby.
