Proposal for apartment exchange St-Livres/Etoy or Buchillon
Hello,
We live in a charming house outside the village of St-Livres, ideal for a family or a couple, 4.5 rooms with a lot of character: exposed beams, renovated cellar, large surfaces, etc. There is a large garden, a chicken coop, a terrace, a vegetable garden, a large cellar and a large attic with a window.
The house is located in an idyllic setting, close to nature and calm.
The rent is CHF 2200.- including charges and parking spaces.
We wish to return to the Etoy/Buchillon region for professional reasons. We are therefore looking for a couple/family who would agree to exchange the respective accommodations or simply a rental that meets our criteria.
Our search criteria are:
- An apartment with a minimum of 3.5 rooms
- A ground floor or the possibility of accessing the outside for our small cat
- An outdoor space (balcony or garden)
- One or more parking spaces with the accommodation
