We are a family of four people looking for a house, a floor of a villa, or an apartment with outdoor space in the Neuchâtel region, Marin-Epagnier, Saint-Blaise, Hauterive, or surrounding areas.
We currently live in Val-de-Travers and wish to move closer to Neuchâtel to facilitate our daughters' education.
We are a calm, careful, and respectful family. We particularly appreciate accommodations with gardens and outdoor spaces. We would be willing to lend a hand with certain outdoor maintenance tasks or surveillance of the property, according to the owner's needs.
We are looking for a stable rental and can provide a complete file with all necessary guarantees.
If an owner is looking for serious and responsible tenants, we would be happy to exchange with them and visit the property.
