Wir vermieten unsere zentral gelegene 3-Zimmerwohnung in Zürich Altstetten an der Baslerstrasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei kleine Balkone, einer ist an die Küche angeschlossen und der andere grenzt ans Wohnzimmer an. Zudem hat die Wohnung drei abschliessbare, frisch gestrichene Zimmer mit schönen Parkettböden. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden und liegt nahe beim Bahnhof Altstetten sowie in der Nähe des Lindenplatzes, wo es einen Wochenmarkt gibt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir möchten die Wohnung ab dem 01.08. bis ca. 09.08.26 teilmöbliert untervermieten und sie anschliessend unmöbliert, unbefristet weitergeben. Die genauen Modalitäten können noch diskutiert werden. Eine Vertragsübernahme ab Mitte August wird von uns begrüsst, ist jedoch vom Einverständnis der Vermieterschaft abhängig.

We are renting out our centrally located 3room apartment in Zurich Altstetten on Baslerstrasse. The apartment features two small balconies, one is attached to the kitchen and the other adjoins the living room. Additionally, the apartment has three lockable, freshly painted rooms with beautiful parquet floors. The apartment is well-connected and is located close to Altstetten train station as well as near Lindenplatz, which hosts a weekly market. In the immediate vicinity there are various shopping options.
We would like to sublet the apartment from 01.08. until approximately 09.08.26 as partially furnished, and subsequently offer it unfurnished on an open-ended basis.
