We are a quiet pension and are looking for people like us, also in their fifties, to come and live in a semi-detached house with 3.5 rooms on the ground floor (104m2). The house has an entrance with a built-in wardrobe, two very spacious bedrooms, a newly furnished bathroom, a livable kitchen with fridge, freezer, glass-ceramic stove and oven, and a living room with a working fireplace. There is no terrace, but the possibility to use the green outdoor space by putting a table and chairs, a grill, etc. The laundry room is free to use to install your own washing machine and dryer and to wash whenever you want. A private storage room is also available. The price is 1600 euros, including all expenses (heating, water, parking, condominium lighting, without annual settlement). A deposit of three months is required. Time wasters please refrain. The apartment is available immediately. No animals, thank you.
