For a cozy 1-room studio at Brüggliäckerstrasse 41 in Zürich, I am looking for a subtenant from 01.08.2026 or by agreement. Only for 1 person (no couples / family or shared apartment).

The apartment has 38 m² of living space, a large bathroom with bathtub, a small / open (NOT SEPARATE) kitchen with dining area, as well as a spacious terrace. The studio is located on the 1st floor and is only a few minutes' walk from the Überlandpark tram stop. The property also includes a bicycle room, a cellar, and a laundry room with tumble dryer and drying room. Rent: CHF 1500.– per month Deposit: CHF 4500.- The rent deposit and the 1st rent are to be paid before the start of the rental period.

To apply as a subtenant, it is important that you are creditworthy and reasonable, as well as willing to take over the existing rental agreement unchanged. Please submit the following documents if possible:

  • Current debt collection register extract

  • Proof of income or proof of creditworthiness

  • Proof of valid private liability insurance
