Description
The fully furnished apartment is located in a very good area in Zürich Hottingen, near the Wetlistrasse tram stop. Due to a professional stay abroad, I am renting out the apartment temporarily for 12 months.
I am looking for a single person, ideally someone who works as a weekly commuter in one of the nearby hospitals and is looking for a quiet, fully equipped apartment.
The entire apartment is approximately 74 m² in size and has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (approx. 14 m²) remains reserved for me. During my stay abroad, I (m, 34yr) will likely return to the apartment in Zürich for short stays on 12 weekends per month and use this room. I will announce these stays in advance, of course. During my absence, the rest of the apartment with approximately 60 m² is available for sole use. The rent is CHF 1800 per month, including utilities.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building and has a cozy fireplace as well as a small balcony with a south-west orientation and a view of beautiful sunsets.
It is important to me that the future person feels comfortable in the apartment and that a respectful, uncomplicated interaction with each other is possible. If you are interested, I look forward to a brief introduction.
