The apartment comes from the rental agency unfurnished, except for the sink, stove, and built-in shelving in the kitchen.

However, as I am moving outside Switzerland and will not take any furniture with me, I would very much prefer the incoming tenant to take over the main furniture package and move into an essentially fully furnished apartment.
