Due to health issues, I urgently need to find a new place to live today.

I am a 32-year-old man, calm, discreet, and very respectful of my accommodation.

My financial profile: Income: I have a fixed, regular, and 100% guaranteed income of CHF 3'757 net per month (disability insurance and LPP pensions).

I am ideally looking for a 2-room apartment in a price range of CHF 1'350 to CHF 1'500, including charges, in Region 2 (Riviera vaudoise, Châtel-Saint-Denis, Bulle, and surroundings).

This rent amount will allow me to claim cantonal supplementary benefits to cover part of my health expenses. My current rent is too low to allow me to claim these benefits, which puts me in a difficult financial situation due to my medical expenses.

For the sake of honesty, I prefer to specify that my administrative file is not perfect due to past difficulties that have led to prosecutions. However, these are currently being repaid. On the other hand, I have never been late with my rent payment.

I know the market is difficult, but I hope to find a humane landlord who will look beyond administrative criteria and give me a chance. I will take great care of your property.
