We rent in our old building villa in 3007 from (mid) September a large room (24m2) on the 2nd floor to weekly tenants.
Monthly rent including utilities:
- CHF 170.- for 1 night per week to CHF 680.- for 4 nights per week.
The room has its own balcony access and a built-in wardrobe and can also be furnished if desired.
On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower that is shared with Sandra (34), who also lives on the same floor.
On the floor below live Luisa (36) and Flo (37) with their two children Elio (8) and Yara (2). The ground floor with kitchen, living and dining area, toilet, as well as loggia and garden (including our turtle Lismi) is used jointly. In addition, there is a bike shed next to the house and several public transport connections within a few minutes' walk.
We are a well-rehearsed team, place great value on order in the communal areas, and wish for an uncomplicated person who is looking for a home in Bern during the week and feels comfortable in a family-like living situation.
