I am looking for a roommate as soon as possible.
Location: Neuchâtel Serrieres, near Deurres and Serrières train stations, bus 7 minutes on foot, tram 10 minutes on foot. Migros, Denner, fitness center nearby.
Apartment: large furnished room (one large bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a small desk) in 3.5 rooms with private toilet for the room, bathroom with bathtub and second toilet. Living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, balcony.
Profile sought: calm and independent person, liking cats (I have 2).
Price: 775.- excluding WiFi (25.-) and usual charges such as waste taxes, electricity, Serafe etc.
File: the management requires a complete file (3 last pay slips or guarantee, extract of prosecutions and copy of the front and back of the identity document).
