Tenant wanted from 01.08.2026 - Flexible handover possible! (Basel). Rent is 1490 CHF including ancillary costs.
Since I am terminating my rental agreement prematurely, I am looking for a suitable and solvent tenant for my 74 square meter apartment in Basel, which is 5 minutes walk from Basel SBB train station.
Official move-in date and flexibility: The regular move-in date is 01.08.2026. Since my subsequent apartment is already empty, I am flexible in terms of time: as soon as the administration (livinggroup, Zurich) approves a dossier, we can hand over the apartment earlier by arrangement.
Procedure and deadlines: For information on the exact procedure and to arrange a viewing, please simply send me a message here. I will confirm all details, the exact time, and the address directly to suitable applicants via message.
Application process (please read carefully): To speed up the process as much as possible, I will immediately forward the three best, complete dossiers to the administration. Applicants who can submit their documents as quickly as possible are preferred.
The following are required for a valid dossier for the administration:
The official registration form from livinggroup (I will send you the download link directly after your inquiry via message).
Current debt collection register extract (not older than 3 months, necessarily without entries).
Identity document (copy of ID / passport / residence permit).
Proof of income (last 3 pay slips or current employment contract).
