For around 1 year, we are renting our beautiful, bright and high-quality furnished 4.5-room apartment in the popular Lucerne quarter of Würzenbach. The apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple or a family looking for a modern home on a temporary basis in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Lucerne.
The apartment was comprehensively renovated about a year ago and impresses with an open, timeless living concept, high-quality materials and pleasant underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The spacious living and dining area with open kitchen offers plenty of space to live and enjoy, and opens directly onto the sunny balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features high-quality appliances as well as all cooking and dining utensils.
The large main bedroom offers plenty of storage space and tranquility. Additionally, two more rooms are available. One of them is currently set up as a children's room and is therefore not visible in the photos. However, for the rental, it will be furnished as a stylish guest or home office room with a large desk and a sleeping chair, making it perfect for home office or overnight guests.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, as well as a separate laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer. A high-speed internet connection is already included in the rent.
