From 01.10.2026, we are renting a 3.5 room apartment in Embrach with a well-thought-out floor plan.

The built-in kitchen with induction cooker, refrigerator, oven, steamer, and dishwasher (all from V-Zug), also has the "Quooker" hot water tap system available. A separate laundry room is located in a separate recess in the apartment (also V-Zug). The underfloor heating and the comfort ventilation, adjustable on several levels, ensure a comfortable living climate.

• With the exception of dogs, pets are generally allowed.
• A parking space for the apartment can be rented for an additional CHF 135 per month.
• A communal room with kitchen can be rented free of charge for events.

 

The "Im Grund" project

"Im Grund" stands for an attractive residential ensemble that combines seven old and two new buildings into a new unit. The total of 93 apartments include a wide range of different apartment types and floor plans, thus serving the needs of every generation. Accordingly, "Im Grund" offers a beautiful home for families, couples, singles, or seniors. The individual buildings are connected by green spaces, which serve as a meeting zone for play, fun, relaxation, and recreation. For all tenants, a communal room is also available for free use.
