It's ideally located in the center of Lausanne, with an entrance to Metro m2 at 15 meters from the building and an entrance to Riponne on Rue Haldimand.
The colocation works as follows: the apartment is on 3 floors, you have the exclusive use of the two upper floors + access to the common kitchen. I occupy the lower floor.
The rent is 2'000 CHF, including common charges in the building. Electricity, internet, and other expenses are still to be covered.
The colocation is with a 26-year-old man, an entrepreneur who works all week at the apartment. He often travels on weekends and extended weekends.
The colocation is respectful of private spaces and takes place in a good atmosphere and with good communication.
Atypical profiles are accepted by the management.
