I'm looking for a responsible tenant to sublet my beautiful and spacious apartment for approximately one year while I'm on an international work assignment. The apartment is spread over two levels and offers:

• Large attic space, perfect as a home office, guest room, gym or additional living area

• Modern bathroom with bathtub

• Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage

• Excellent natural light throughout the apartment

• Shared laundry room in the basement (no schedule)

Before the sublet begins, the apartment will be professionally deep cleaned, and all personal belongings will be removed. The apartment will be rented furnished, with most kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes and household essentials remaining for the tenant. Location Excellent location with very convenient public transport:

• Bus stop (lines 67 and 80) just a few steps away

• Around a 10-minute walk to Coop, Migros and Denner

• Quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent connections

Rental Details

• Available from: 1 August 2025 or by agreement

• Duration: 12 months / possible take over at the end

• Electricity: approximately CHF 60 every three months - not included in gross rent price (depending on usage)

I'm looking for someone who will enjoy the apartment and take care of it as if it were their own home, as I plan to return after my assignment. Please note that the sublet is subject to the landlord's approval before the agreement can be finalized.
