Description
Hi, we're Laura (27, physiotherapist from Belgium) and Lisa (31, working in venture capital, from Germany). Were looking for someone to join us from September 1st in our beautiful, modern apartment.
Laura is the social one, and Lisa is the sporty/outdoorsy type. We both love a good kitchen chat over dinner and tend to be early birds on weekdays. Laura's off to the hospital and Lisa loves to workout before the office. If that's your rhythm too, you'll feel right at home. We split the cost of a cleaning lady (CHF 200/month) who helps keeps the flat clean :)
About the apartment: We're on the first floor of a modern building in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood right by Zuriberg. The big balcony overlooking the green backyard is a real highlight and gets used a lot. The flat comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and two bathrooms. Tram 7, 9, and 10 (Seilbahn Rigiblick) are a five-minute walk away, and bus lines 31 and 33 are right outside.
Your room is 17m² (apartment 114m²), bright with a big window and automatic blinds, easily fits a large closet, a bed, and a desk. Plenty of built-in storage in the flat and extra space in the basement. Taking over the furniture is possible and can be negotiated with our current flatmate.
