Central location with magnificent views of the castles, but at the same time quiet.
Close to public transport 2 minutes on foot, to the bike path, to the Lidl store, services, and the Cantonal Hospital (EOC).

The apartment on the third and last floor (the building has an elevator) has a spacious kitchen (with window), two balconies, three large rooms with built-in closets (one with access to the terrazzo), a large living room with an original granite fireplace (and access to the second terrazzo) and a large bathroom with shower and bidet (with window).

The floors are made of laminate. A cellar, a closed bicycle space, and a large laundry room are available.
