Living in a house for single-parent families

In this special multi-family house, only single-parent families live. It offers space for supportive togetherness, mutual help in everyday life, and a home where community is lived.

For the vacant apartment, we are looking for another single-parent family who wants to become part of this house community.

The four lovingly maintained old building apartments convince with parquet floors, plenty of light, and their own balconies. The garden is the heart of the house, which is jointly designed and maintained by the residents.

The apartment is characterized by the following details:

• Rooms with parquet flooring
• Kitchen and bathroom with dark red clinker flooring
• Simple, functionally equipped built-in kitchen from Forster with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer
• Small bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, mirror cabinet
• Balcony facing the backyard
• Community basement and separate attic compartment

For shared use:

• Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (no fixed washing days)

The house from 1915 has no elevator, and the property is not barrier-free.

Rent contribution: The rent is below market level. Our rent contribution model is therefore not applicable.
