Two spacious rooms are available in our shared apartment from August 2026, on Rue des Parcs, about 15 minutes' walk from the train station.
One of the rooms measures about 16 m², the other measures 14 m² and has a small balcony. Both are very bright, with a view of the lake and the Collégiale.
The remaining roommate is Muna (27 years old), a master's student in communication and marketing, badass and nerdy. The shared apartment is a carefully maintained and warm space, with a balance between shared moments and respect for each person's rhythm and independence.
The common areas are the kitchen, shower, and toilet (there is no living room).
The two rents are 400 CHF/month, excluding charges (about 30 CHF/month). We are looking for someone who can take over the lease (shared with Muna), with a rent guarantee of 1,170 CHF.
Priority to women/TINFA who can take over the lease.
