Hello ! Je suis à la recherche dune colloc fille de préférence qui souhaite louer cette grande chambre lumineuse de 20 m² pour le 01.09.2026. Elle se situe dans un spacieux appartement de 3.5 pièces de 107 m² à la Route de Beaumont 4 et le loyer mensuel est de CHF 860.-. Il comprend un hall avec plusieurs armoires murales, un vaste séjour avec une cuisine moderne et ouverte, deux chambres identiques dont une avec une salle de bains (sans WC) et un WC / douche avec une colonne de lavage ainsi quune énorme cave. La gare, lUniversité de Pérolles et le centre-ville sont accessibles à 4 minutes en vélo ou 10 minutes si tu es à pied. Larrêt de bus se situe juste en face de limmeuble et tu trouveras les commerces, bars ou le Frison à proximité !
Tu partageras lappartement avec moi, je travaille actuellement à 90% sur Pérolles, jaime voyager, sortir boire des verres avec des amis, faire des activités le weekend mais jaime également faire des soirées chill devant un film ou une série. Je parle allemand (suisse-allemand), français, anglais et portugais, n'hésites pas à m'écrire en privé si tu es intéressée

It is located in a spacious 3.5 room flat of 107 m² at Route de Beaumont 4 and the monthly rent is CHF 860.-. It consists of a hall with several wall cupboards, a large living room with a modern and open kitchen, two identical bedrooms, one with a bathroom (without WC) and a WC / shower room with a washing column as well as a huge cellar. The train station, the University of Pérolles and the city centre are accessible in 4 minutes by bike or 10 minutes if you are on foot. The bus stop is right in front of the building and you will find shops, bars or the Frison nearby!
You will share the flat with me, I currently work 90% in Pérolles, I love travelling, going out for drinks with friends, doing activities at the weekend but I also like to have chill evenings in front of a movie or a serie. I speak German (Swiss-German), French, English and Portuguese, don't hesitate to write me privately if you are interested
