Hello everyone,
The most beautiful room in Fribourg is becoming available in a shared apartment with 4 people.
The room is bright and very spacious (over 20 m2), and it has its own balcony.
Otherwise, the apartment has two large bathrooms, two toilets, a living room, a large kitchen, a large hallway with storage space, and 3 other large rooms.
You will live with Simon, 31 years old, a carpenter by trade, who has been in the shared apartment for almost 3 years and is a big fan of Fribourg and the Gruyère, skiing, and paddle tennis, etc.; Sandy, 26 years old, an engineer, who loves to listen to music, skate, create cocktails, sew, etc., and Henrik, 31 years old, a German-speaking doctor, who is curious about everything, learns French, sings, and plays the piano, etc.
We like to get together for a meal and/or a beer, the shared apartment is very convivial with a good mix between living together and independence.
The apartment is very large with a lot of storage space and the possibility to store some things in the attic.
If needed, it is possible to request a parking permit for the car on the street.
And we live 7 minutes on foot from the train station (4 if you run), 3 minutes from the first Denner/Migros, and generally, everything is quickly accessible on foot.
As for the move, the room will be available around September 1st (exact date to be agreed upon), the dresser in the room can stay as well as the 160/200 bed with its slatted frame for 700.-. This is also to be agreed upon.
