A room is becoming available in our great shared apartment in Yverdon for mid-August.
Okay, a brief introduction to start:
We are Judith (36 years old), Ksenia (33 years old), and Sophie (27 years old). We have been living in a shared apartment for many years and particularly enjoy this way of life. Being independent by nature, we each have an active lifestyle. However, we appreciate our independence as much as our reunions and time spent together. Our life at home is a real resource.
So, if you like living in a shared apartment, if you appreciate both quiet moments and moments of sharing, then I think you're reading the right ad!
We have the chance to live in a large apartment in a beautiful house (Avenue des Bains 4). The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a large living-dining room, a small living room-fireplace, a large kitchen, a balcony, 2 bathrooms (one bathtub and one shower), and a large basement. And to top it all off, we can use the shared garden for as long as we want. In short, we feel good here!
We are 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes by bike, or 4 minutes by bus (the stop is right in front of our house!). And it's the same for the city center, or even a little less.
Ah, and the price is 825.- (including charges) for a room of about 15m2.
Another important piece of information: We are looking for someone who could take over a part of the lease because the roommate who is leaving is on the lease (possibility with guarantor)
