Hello, I'm renting a room in my apartment on Avenue Vulliemin. I'm often away for long periods, so you'd be alone in the apartment most of the time. It has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms (yours and mine). It has a nice view of the city and the lake, but no balcony and no elevator (4th floor). It's old but very well maintained. Shared laundry room once a week.
I'm looking for someone who is calm and very respectful of the apartment, who contributes to keeping the apartment in perfect order and cleanliness at all times. LGBT-friendly.
