Your own private living area

You will have two separate rooms for your sole use. In addition, the following areas belong to your private living area:

• approximately 50 m² spread over two rooms

• your own spacious bathroom

• separate WC

• your own cellar compartment

You will have your own spacious retreat and a lot of privacy.

The kitchen, balcony, and separate dining area are shared.

Note: A separate refrigerator should be brought for your own food supply.

The laundry room is used uncomplicatedly and without a laundry schedule by the total of 4 rental parties in the house.

CHF 950.– per month incl. ancillary costs account

The monthly total amount is CHF 950.– including ancillary costs account.

The ancillary costs are billed annually according to actual expenses.

This means you get two private rooms with approximately 50 m², your own bathroom, separate WC, and cellar compartment for a monthly total of CHF 950.–.

A parking space in the garage can be rented for an additional 120.– after arrangement with the administration.

How we live

We ourselves live on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment.

We are looking for a reliable, uncomplicated, and considerate person who values a pleasant and respectful coexistence.

You have your own private area and can withdraw at any time.

It is important to us that both parties feel at home and that an uncomplicated, relaxed togetherness arises.

For whom is the living area suitable?

If you like your peace and quiet, appreciate privacy, and at the same time are looking for an uncomplicated living situation with shared areas.

Location

The apartment is located in a quiet and natural area. At the same time, you can reach

• bakery, Volg, Migros, and bank in about 10-15 minutes on foot

• Weinfelden train station in about 15 minutes

• forest and fields are only about 5 minutes' walk away – ideal for walks, jogging rounds, or simply a short break in the green
