We are looking for a subtenant for an ideally located house part in Mettmenstetten. School, shops, and train station are easily accessible on foot.

The house offers the following space

Ground floor: entrance, guest toilet, living room, kitchen, passage room, garden
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 of which are very large), large hallway and bathroom with bathtub and washing tower
2nd floor: parent's bedroom with Swedish stove, bathroom with shower and storage space

Important: in winter, part of the house must be heated with wood. It's simple and can be shown gladly.

Additionally, the house has a large hobby room with electricity and water, as well as a parking space and guest parking space. There is also space under the roof for bikes, etc. We have also rented an additional parking space, which may also be taken over.
