Rental conditions
Rental start: Immediately or by agreement
Minimum rental period: 12 months
Rental deposit
The rental deposit is two months' rent.
This can be either:
paid in full before the rental start, or
paid in 12 monthly installments of CHF 272.50 in addition to the monthly rent.
Rental deposit insurances or guarantees (e.g. SwissCaution, FirstCaution, GoCaution or similar providers) are not accepted. The rental deposit must be paid directly by the tenant.
If the move-in takes place during an ongoing month, the rent will be calculated proportionally.
Cleaning
The apartment will be handed over to the new tenant in a cleaned state.
As a special agreement, the new tenant undertakes to clean the apartment again before moving in.
The tenant will receive a cleaning allowance of up to CHF 250.00, calculated at CHF 25.00 per hour. The refund will be made after the cleaning has been carried out and accepted by the landlord and will be credited to the first rent invoice.
A claim to the cleaning allowance only exists if the cleaning has been carried out properly and to the satisfaction of the landlord.

Viewings are only possible on the following dates:
