In a very well-maintained house in the upper part of Turgi (Wil), a spacious living area on the 1st floor will be available from September or by arrangement.
Ideal for a working person (approx. 30+), who values peace, space, and nature and attaches importance to privacy.
Your area - practically a separate floor
On the upper floor, you will find: Main room approx. 20 m² Additional room approx. 16 m² (home office, hobby room, or personal retreat) Separate dressing room with high-quality built-in wardrobes (including half-use) Bathroom with bathtub directly next to the rooms
Additionally, you have access to another bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
Since I live in the basement (apartment with separate entrance), you have the entire upper floor almost as a private area. I occasionally use the bathtub on the upper floor, as it is the only one in the house - otherwise, this area is practically exclusive to you.
Rooms can be taken over furnished or unfurnished. The furnished room is approx. 3 years old and includes a bed and TV.

About the living situation
I am a working professional and work mostly late shifts. During the week, you will have a lot of free space in the house - we will hardly overlap.
A small, quiet Maltese lives in the house. He is only with me and only at home when I am also present.
Important are respectful, quiet interaction and a well-kept cohabitation.
Rental conditions
Rent including utilities: approx. 1,450 - 1,500 CHF. Parking spaces are included. Move-in from September or by arrangement.
This is not a classic shared apartment room, but a spacious, independent living area within a house with a lot of privacy and high living quality.
Important information:The apartment is regularly available from the end of September / 1 October. An earlier move-in is possible in principle by arrangement, but it is not available immediately. We are also looking for a long-term rental solution with a minimum duration of two to three years, as both we and the owners place value on stability and continuity.
