Also included is not only a washing machine and tumble dryer, but also a garage (single box) directly in the basement of the house. The attic is not developed, but is ideal for further storage space.

The townhouse offers not only an excellent location between Zurich and Winterthur. It has a kindergarten and a school nearby. The Effi market and the Effretikon train station are within a 10-minute walk.

The rent is 2240 chf plus 150 chf in ancillary costs. Heating, etc., which would have to be organized separately, such as filling up the heating oil tank. The total costs are therefore 2390 chf including ancillary costs.

You will need a debt collection register extract for the application, which must be without entry.

The viewing will take place on Wednesday 8.7, Thursday 9.7, each from 17 to 18 o'clock

The house is completely cleaned and can be handed over immediately.
