We are renting our high-quality and bright 4.5 room apartment in the popular Lucerne quarter of Würzenbach for around 12 months. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area and is ideal for a single person, a couple or a family looking for a modern home for a limited time.
The apartment was completely renovated about a year ago and impresses with an open, contemporary living concept. The spacious living room with open kitchen offers plenty of space to live and enjoy, and leads directly to the large balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features high-quality appliances as well as all cooking and dining utensils.
In addition to the spacious main bedroom, two more bright bedrooms are available. All rooms have large window fronts, which provide plenty of daylight and a pleasant living atmosphere.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A separate laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer is also available.
A high-speed internet connection is included in the rent.
The location combines tranquility with an excellent infrastructure. Directly next to the building are woods, meadows, and numerous walking trails, parks, and playgrounds. Shopping facilities such as Migros and a bakery are within walking distance. The bus stop is only three minutes' walk away, and Lake Lucerne can be reached in about 13 minutes on foot.
If desired, a parking space can be rented for CHF 90 per month.
We are looking for a responsible individual, couple or family who will carefully occupy our apartment during the rental period. A shared flat is unfortunately not possible according to the owner's specifications.
