The room can be chosen freely, there are a total of three bedrooms, one of which has its own balcony. The spacious floor plan allows for a lot of privacy among the flatmates and results in a large kitchen and living room. The apartment will be freshly painted. The house is located a bit off the street and provides a very quiet location.

Non-smokers and a sense of community for order and cleanliness are desired.
