The apartment has a practical and modern floor plan, a modern interior design, and bright and spacious rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows await you in the bright living/dining area, and the terrace in front invites you to cozy hours outside. The floors are made of parquet, except for the work surface in the kitchen, in the shower/WC, and in the bathroom, where you will find plate floors. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an additional shower, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower.

In the basement, you have your own laundry room, the cellar compartment belonging to the apartment, and a communal bicycle room at your disposal. There is no elevator in the house. Your vehicle is taken care of. Two parking spaces can be rented for CHF 100.00 each per month. A hobby room is also available for CHF 100.00 per month.

The property is heated with a modern air-water heat pump. The windows are triple-glazed and therefore very well insulated.
