The historically significant main building of the Aktienmühle in the Klybeckquartier has been used as a workshop house for craft businesses and producing small businesses since 2016. Shared infrastructure, short distances, and the lively exchange between tenants create a special working environment. An in-house restaurant and the green inner courtyard invite you to take breaks and meet.
Standard of expansion
The workshops in the Aktienmühle are rented with finished surfaces and basic lighting. The further expansion of electrical and sanitary installations on the rental area is not included in the rent and is carried out or commissioned according to needs. The necessary connections are available. There is no connection for natural gas. In the two access zones West & East, there are toilets and large sinks with cold/warm water on each floor. Showers and locker rooms in the basement, as well as a break room and a laundry room, are also available to all tenants.

Delivery and access
The workspace is located on the ground floor of the East tract and can be easily reached via the courtyard staircase and the freight elevator. Delivery can be made on the north side of the building at ground level.
There are currently no permanent parking spaces available on the site. However, free short-term parking spaces can be used for deliveries and customer visits.
Accessibility
The Aktienmühle is excellently connected to public transport. The tram line 8 (Wiesenplatz stop) is located in the immediate vicinity. There are sufficient covered bicycle parking spaces available on the entire site.
