- Moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler
- Badezimmer mit Dusche
- Bahnhof Olten in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss
- Migros, Coop und Lidl in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar
Zusätzlich würde ich mich freuen, wenn folgende Möbel übernommen werden könnten: Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stühle
Alle sind in sehr gutem Zustand und wurden erst vor rund 9 Monaten gekauft.
Bei Interesse oder für einen Besichtigungstermin gerne PN a mich. Fotos und Video der Wohnung sende ich auf Anfrage ebenfalls gerne zu.

I am looking for a new tenant for my modern 1.5-room apartment in a quiet yet central location in Olten, available from October 1, 2026.

- Private washing machine in the apartment
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher
- Bathroom with shower
- Train station within a 10-15 minute walk
- Migros, Coop, and Lidl just a few minutes away on foot
I would also be happy if the next tenant could take over some furniture: Sofa, Wardrobe, Tisch, Chairs
All items are in excellent condition and were purchased only about 9 months ago.
