3.5-room apartment for subletting in a quiet shared apartment from mid-August


I am offering two rooms for subletting in my 4.5-room apartment in Kreuzlingen, totaling 1310 CHF (approx. 25 m²).

Alternatively, individual rental is also possible:
- large room: 700 CHF (14.45 m²)
- smaller room: 610 CHF (11.34 m²)

The apartment is very centrally located, near the border between Kreuzlingen and Konstanz, between the main train station and the harbor train station Kreuzlingen.

-Apartment & Usage-

The shared use of the living room, kitchen (with lake view), bathroom/WC, and balcony is included, of course.

I am often away from home for work and private reasons, so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time.

-Costs & Additional Costs-

The following additional costs apply:

- electricity (quarterly)
- operating costs (1-2 times a year)
- broadcasting fees (already paid for this year)
- internet (20 CHF per month)
