The attic apartment in the Otmar quarter is located directly on the Kreuzbleiche recreational area, close to two bus lines and various shopping facilities.

Towards the east, you have an open view of the Kreuzbleiche. Towards the south, you look into the chestnut green and to the north at the Flow music school.

The Forster kitchen dates back to the 1970s. In 2025, the dishwasher, in 2021 the induction stove, the refrigerator, and the oven were replaced.

The bathroom received a new skylight and a shower curtain solution with glass closure in 2023.

The apartment includes an attic compartment.
