Description
A shared room is available in a 4.5 room apartment in Altstetten. You'll be sharing the apartment with a 30-year-old roommate (fully employed). We've always enjoyed cooking together when time allowed or just chatting in the evenings. Everything is optional, but it's not just a functional community. My current roommate is sometimes visiting in Germany or staying with his girlfriend during the week. Therefore, you'll have both a shared living space and your own freedom.
You'll have your own bathroom, and there's a third bedroom used for a home office and as a guest room.
The shared room is Room 2 on the floor plan. I'll be moving out in August, and we can discuss the move-in date :). The closet in the room (Pax) should be taken over. It's equipped with clothes rails and drawers on the inside and offers plenty of space. It's only half a year old, so it's like new and has no signs of wear.
In your bathroom, there's now a sink cabinet that, if possible, should also be taken over.
Otherwise, the apartment is furnished but still offers the freedom to bring your own decorations or make it your own (decor, etc.; balcony furniture is currently missing).
If needed, a parking space can be requested from the landlord. Otherwise, there are many spots in the blue zone.
The apartment is very close to Altstetten train station in a traffic-calmed one-way street.
