We rent in Bellinzona a spacious 4.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with 6 residential units. The area is residential and very quiet, and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment on the 3rd floor has been completely renovated and consists of:

Entrance hall

New and equipped kitchen, separated from the living room

Spacious living room and south-facing terrace

3 large bedrooms

Windowed bathroom with shower and washing column

South-facing terrace

All floors are made of parquet, except for the bathroom area.

CONDOMINIUM INFORMATION:

The unit has a private washing column in the apartment, but a common laundry room is also available;

no elevator;

heating through water radiators with a centralized oil heating system;

1 outdoor parking space is included in the rent;

Accessory costs with a monthly advance payment of Fr. 180.-, with a settlement at the end of the period;

cats are allowed (if already in possession), dogs are not allowed;

Minimum contract period 2 years;

Deposit 3 months' rent with guarantee deposit or Swisscaution/Firstcaution;

Available from early August or by agreement.
